In today’s world of remote healthcare, patients often feel unheard or misunderstood. Delays in diagnostics, limited emotional connection, and a lack of clear communication make it harder for both patients and providers. Most existing chatbots fall short—they respond fast but lack empathy and can’t offer reliable medical support. I wanted to change that.

The Solution
I built a smarter, more empathetic chatbot using Next.js, TypeScript, MongoDB, Google Cloud, and large language models (LLMs). The bot goes beyond answering questions—it listens. With real-time emotion detection and adaptive machine learning, it understands how patients feel and responds with accurate, human-like medical guidance. Its responsive architecture makes it fast, reliable, and easy to integrate into existing healthcare systems.

Project Result
The chatbot reached 90% accuracy in recognizing patient emotions, helping to build trust and improve communication. It also reduced API response times by 40%, ensuring real-time, dependable diagnostics. Patients felt more understood, and providers gained a reliable support tool. I’m proud that this project pushed digital healthcare closer to a more human experience.
